This RoHS compliant, surface-mount (SMD) component in an SMA (DO-214AC) package features a maximum reverse standoff voltage (Vrwm) of 33V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W for 1ms. Minimum breakdown voltage (Ubr) is 36.7V at 1mA, and maximum Ubr is 40.6V at 1mA. Reverse leakage current (Ir) is 5 µA at 33V. Operating temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C.
