2. Data We Collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of our e-commerce platform and to maintain the security of our infrastructure:

  • Order Information: Surname, first name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
  • Connection and Security Data: IP address, server system logs, and cryptographic fingerprints used by our custom Proof-of-Work security system to prevent and mitigate brute-force attacks.
  • Profile Information: User account initials used for the permanent and stable generation of your customer avatar within the account dashboard.

3. Why We Collect Your Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

The processing of your personal data relies on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing and validating the shopping cart, managing cross-border commercial conditions, and automatic generation of commercial invoices.
  • Logistical Delivery: Strict transfer of required contact and address details to our logistics partners (such as Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, or UPS) to ensure accurate delivery of your packages from our hub in Porte de Savoie (France) to the UK.
  • Legitimate Interests: Maintaining application security within our custom-built PHP script, protecting our infrastructure, and proactively preventing intrusion attempts or malicious attacks against our server.

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

All personal data collected is stored in secure databases hosted within the European Union. Our dedicated server infrastructure is hosted by OVHCLOUD (Roubaix, France) and managed in an isolated, encrypted environment to prevent unauthorized access. Transfers of data from the UK to the EU are covered under the UK-EU adequacy regulations, ensuring an equivalent level of protection.

5. Data Retention Periods

Technical browsing data and server connection logs are retained for a maximum period of 12 months. Data relating to your orders and financial transactions is kept for the statutory period required by applicable European and Hungarian tax and accounting laws (typically between 5 to 10 years).

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR Compliance)

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you hold the following statutory rights at any time regarding your personal information:

  • The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data (Subject Access Request).
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or outdated information.

Our online shop utilizes a fully bespoke and compliant cookie consent mechanism. We exclusively deploy functional and technical cookies strictly necessary for maintaining your user session (such as persisting items in the shopping cart and keeping your session open in the customer dashboard). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are placed on your device.
