The STMicroelectronics L6569A is a RoHS compliant half bridge MOSFET/IGBT driver in a DIP8 package for through-hole mounting (THT). It is an analog integrated circuit with 8 connections and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The supply voltage is between 10V and 16.6V/500V.
