Technical description of the product (L6384ED):
The STMicroelectronics L6384ED is a dual high voltage half bridge driver, an improved version of the L6384D. It is RoHS compliant, in an SO-8 package for SMD mounting. The driver features 8 connections, a VCC of 0.3V to 14.6V, and a maximum power dissipation of 750mW. The operating temperature range is -45°C to 125°C, with a maximum voltage of 16.6V/600V. Quiescent current is 100uA.
