Technical description of the product (SERIAL-LCD-CTRL):
This controller module enables connecting LCDs via a serial line to your application. The module supports multiple serial protocols such as RS232, I2C, and SPI. Furthermore, it extends the basic functions of the LCD with: Backlight on/off (for types with backlight), contrast adjustment, LCD initialization, and programming of Hungarian accented characters. The controller is suitable for driving 1x16, 2x16, 2x20, and 4x20 character displays.
