The MIKROE-766 Ready for PIC Board is a development board for 40-pin DIP PIC microcontrollers, equipped with a PIC18F45K22. It offers a USB-UART interface and a prototyping area. The board is the best solution for fast and simple development of microcontroller applications using 28- and 40-pin PIC MCUs. It comes with a PIC18F45K22 connected to an 8MHz crystal oscillator. Four IDC10 headers for all available microcontroller ports, a USB-UART module, a prototyping area, and a power supply circuit are integrated. The board is specially designed to fit into a special white plastic casing, sold separately. It comes preprogrammed with a fast UART bootloader, eliminating the need for external programmers. The board also supports the fast USB 2.0 mikroProg programmer with hardware In-Circuit Debugger. Ready for PIC is fully supported by mikroC, mikroBasic, and mikroPascal compilers for PIC, which come with dozens of examples demonstrating every feature of the board. The on-board power supply regulator supports dual power supply for both 5V and 3.3V microcontrollers and features a standard power connector and screw terminals for even easier connectivity.
