The PWR Meter 2 click is a compact, accurate power monitoring Click board for measuring voltage up to 24V and current up to 5A. It features the Microchip MCP3910, an integrated two-channel Analog Front End (AFE) device. This AFE includes two delta-sigma A/D Converters (ADC), two Programmable Gain Amplifiers (PGA), phase delay compensation, voltage reference, digital offset, and gain error calibration registers, along with an SPI interface. It enables accurate power measurement with minimal external components, typically a current sensing resistor and a voltage divider. Ideal for digital power monitoring in portable, automotive, embedded, and computer peripheral applications. Key features include high-resolution (16/24-bit) dual sigma-delta ADC, on-chip dithering, anti-aliasing filtering, 1X to 32X gain, and oversampling up to 4096X.
