The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-2917 MCP16331 Inv click provides a negative power supply source with very high switching efficiency and overvoltage protection. This module is ideal for symmetrical power supply configurations, often used for powering operational amplifiers and similar devices. On-board components include the MCP16331 step-down (buck) switching regulator, LM318 dual operational amplifier, ADM8828 switched-capacitor voltage inverter, and MCP4921 low power 12-Bit dual voltage output DAC. Key features are internal soft start, adjustable voltage, and the ability to sustain a reasonably high current. It uses GPIO and SPI interfaces and operates on a 5V input voltage. The click board size is L (57.15 x 25.4 mm).
