The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-2914 MRAM click features the MR25H256A, a magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) device with 262.144 bits, organized as 32.768 words of 8 bits. This MRAM click is suitable for any application requiring fast and reliable nonvolatile storage media. Due to its speed and unlimited endurance, it functions as temporary storage for application runtime data operations. It combines features typically found in RAM and EEPROM modules, offering fast, nonvolatile memory with unlimited write cycles.
