Technical description of the product (MIKROE-2380):

The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-2380 Rotary O Click Board features a 15-pulse incremental rotary encoder with detents, encircled by a ring of 16 orange LEDs. This board offers an excellent solution for integrating a precision input knob into your designs. The encoder outputs A and B signals (out of phase with each other), and the knob also functions as a push-button, sending an interrupt to the target board MCU. The LED ring is controlled via SPI lines (CS, SCK, MISO, MOSI). The Rotary Click Board is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V power supplies. Type: Rotary encoder. Applications: Wheel controllers for audio/video equipment and similar appliances. On-board modules: 15-pulse incremental rotary encoder, ring of 16 orange LEDs.
