The MIKROE-2267 Flash 2 Click Board features an SST26VF064B 64 Mbit serial Flash memory IC from Microchip. It is manufactured using proprietary high-performance CMOS Super-Flash® technology, allowing the Flash 2 click to withstand up to 100,000 write cycles with a data retention period of 100 years. The Flash memory IC supports Serial Flash Discoverable Parameters (SFDP) mode for retrieving advanced device information such as operating characteristics, structure, vendor-specified information, memory size, operating voltage, and timing. Applications include mass storage in multimedia devices, data drives, non-volatile data storage in embedded applications, and secure storage. Interface: SPI. Input Voltage: 3.3V.
