The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-1909 EEPROM 2 Click Board features the ST M95M02-DR DIP-8 socket EEPROM chip, providing 2 Mbit (2,097,152 bits) or 256 KB of Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read Only Memory, organized as 262144 x 8 bits. This EEPROM module offers an impressive endurance of 4,000,000 write cycles and a data retention period exceeding 200 years. It includes ESD protection and a 256-byte memory page that can be permanently locked after writing. The Error Correction Code (ECC) logic ensures reliable data output. With a write speed within 10 ms (byte/page) and an SPI interface, it is an excellent choice for storing initialization and configuration data in various devices. Input voltage: 3.3V or 5V.
