Technical description of the product (MIKROE-1818):
The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-1818 Proximity 2 Click board features the MAX44000 IC, which integrates an ambient light as well as a proximity sensor. The chip consists of an array of photodiodes that convert light into current, which the internal circuitry then converts into a digital value. The proximity sensor has a 2cm range and offers an interrupt function. It is ideal for consumer and industrial applications, mobile phones, digital cameras, and tablet PCs. Interfaces: GPIO, I2C. Input Voltage: 3.3V. Compatibility: mikroBUS. Size: S (28.6 x 25.4 mm).
