The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-1439 mikroTFT Board is a 2.8 inch TFT display with an ILI9341 controller, ideal for Human-To-Machine interfaces, mobile phones, PDA devices, status monitors, and home automation devices. It offers a 320x240 pixel resolution and can display 262K RGB colors. The A-TFT LCD driver features an on-chip full display RAM of 172.800 bytes and a power-saving mode. The display contains a 4-wire resistive touch panel, 8 data lines, and 5 control lines. It is easy to switch between mikroTFT and mikromedia, retaining most integration features. The interface is GPIO, input voltage is 3.3V, and it is compatible with breadboards (PROTO).
