Technical description of the product (EVB-LAN7431-EDS):

The Microchip EVB-LAN7431-EDS is an Ethernet Development System evaluating the LAN7431. This single-chip controller offers PCIe 3.1 at 2.5GT/s to RGMII or MII networking connectivity. It supports PCIe Low Power Sub States LPSS L1.1 (snooze) and L1.2 (off) and is compatible with other boards in the Microchip EDS series. Further features include an IEEE 1588-2008 Programmable Time Compare output (e.g., 1PPS) via an optional SMA connector, an IEEE 1588-2008 Capture input via an optional SMA connector, JTAG via an integrated 1149.1 compliant TAP, a footprint for an 802.3 defined MII connector, and accessible GPIO.
