The Microchip ATSAMR34J17B-I-7JX is an ultra-low power microcontroller (MCU) with an integrated UHF transceiver for LoRa communication. It features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor, 128KB Flash memory, and 24KB SRAM (8KB battery-backed) in a compact 6x6 mm BGA package. With sleep currents as low as 790nA, it is ideal for battery-powered remote sensor applications. Peripherals include up to 5 SERCOMs (configurable as I2C/SPI/UART/LIN), 8 12-bit ADC channels, 2 analog comparators, and custom logic modules. The transceiver supports LoRa, FSK, MSK, and GSK modulation, offering up to 20 dBm TX power and -148 dBm RX sensitivity.
