Maximum gate trigger current (Igt) is 0.5 mA, and maximum holding current (Ih) is 6 mA. Average on-state current (IT(AV)) is 2.55 A. This RoHS compliant, 3-pin component is through-hole mounted (THT) in a TO-126 (TO-225, SOT-32) package, specified as TO-225AA. Operating temperature range is -40 to +110 °C.
