Technical description of the product (IR2167):

International Rectifier IR2167 PFC controller and half-bridge driver in DIP20 package. Not RoHS compliant. Analog integrated circuit for through-hole mounting. 20 terminals. Designed as a regulator for fluorescent lamps. 1 circuit. Maximum supply voltage +600V. Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
