The Infineon IR2101PBF is a high/low-side MOSFET half-bridge gate driver in a DIP8 package for THT mounting, supplied in tubes. It offers a power of 1W, a voltage class of 600V, and an output current of -270 to 130mA. The driver features 2 channels, a supply voltage of 10-20VDC, and an operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C. Switching times are 160ns for turn-on and 150ns for turn-off. It is an integrated gate driver for MOSFET half-bridges.
