The Diotec P6SMBJ36CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in an SMB (DO-214AA) SMD package. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W for 1ms. This 2-pin surface-mounted component offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 40V and a maximum of 44.4V at 1mA. The reverse leakage current is 5 µA at 36V. Operating temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. RoHS compliant.
