The Diotec BZW06-13 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from the BZW06 series, designed for robust overvoltage protection. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W at 1ms and a reverse standoff voltage (VWM) of 12.8V. The nominal breakdown voltage is 13V, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 14.3V and Ubr of 15.8V at 1mA. This 2-terminal silicon semiconductor device offers a 5% tolerance and a maximum peak pulse current of 28A (10/1000us). Housed in a DO-15 package, it is suitable for THT / PCB through-hole mounting. RoHS compliant, it operates up to a maximum temperature of +175°C, with a leakage current of 5µA at 12.8V.
