Atmel ATTINY25-20SU 8-bit AVR microcontroller with 2KB Flash and 128B SRAM/EEPROM. RoHS compliant. Operating temperature range -40 to 85°C. 8-pin SO-8 package for SMD mounting. VCC 2.7-5.5V, operating voltage 1.8-5.5VDC. 20MHz clock frequency. Features: 6 PWM channels, 5 channels, 1 comparator, 4 ADC, 6 I/O, 6 external interrupts. Digital peripherals include WDT, PWM, USI. Interfaces: I2C, SPI, debugWIRE. ATMEL AVR family.
