Acsip ST50H module for EU868 band, 779 MHz to 928 MHz. Compact size: 12 mm x 12 mm x 1.3 mm with integrated MCU, clock source and sub-GHz radio. High-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 microcontroller. Ultra-low power consumption (Min 1uA@ STOP 2 mode). STM32 Security with HW encryption 256 AES, PKA, RNG, 64-bit UID, 96-bit. Embedded sub-GHz transceiver based on Semtech SX126x. RF sensitivity: -136 dBm at 125 kHz, SF12, RF PW=21 dBm. Ecosystem support for LoRaWAN, Sigfox and IoT/Smart-metering (Wireless M-Bus) applications.
