Acsip S76S LoRa SiP module, 13 mm x 11 mm x 1.1 mm, for EU868 or US915 bands. Integrates Semtech SX1276 and a 32-bit ultra-low power Cortex M0L MCU (STM32L073x). Supports global 863 MHz - 928 MHz ISM-bands. Maximum TX power of +20 dBm, RF sensitivity down to -137 dBm. Programmable bit rate up to 300 kbps. Supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, LoRa and OOK modulation. Built-in temperature sensor and low battery indicator.
