RF sensitivity of -137 dBm at 125 kHz, SF12. Integrated +22 dBm maximum power amplifier. Small footprint: 9 mm x 8 mm x 1.1 mm. Programmable bit rate up to 62.5 kbps for LoRa and 300 kbps for FSK. Embedded 32 MHz TCXO.
