The Nexperia PESD12VL2BT-215 is a dual, bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in an SOT-23 SMD package. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 200W for 8/20 µs. This 3-pin surface-mounted component offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 14.2V and a maximum of 16.7V at 5mA. The reverse leakage current is 50 nA at 12V. Operating temperature range from -65°C to +150°C. RoHS compliant.
